About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at rdvault.ae (the “Site”) and any information or services made available through it. The Site and our services are provided by RDVAULT CONSULTANCY L.L.C S.O.C (“RDvault”, “we”, “us”), a company licensed in Dubai, UAE (Commercial Licence No. 1639934; Commercial Register No. 2898613).
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Using our website
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law. We may suspend or withdraw the Site, or any part of it, at any time.
The content on the Site is provided for general information. While we take care to keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute advice on which you should rely, and it may not reflect the most recent legal or regulatory position.
Our services & scope
RDvault provides advisory and support services in relation to research and development (R&D) tax credits, including eligibility assessment, pre-approval support, evidence preparation and claim submission support.
Our services are advisory in nature. Nothing we provide constitutes legal advice, and no communication on this Site or in our marketing creates a client relationship. We do not guarantee that any claim, pre-approval application or estimate will be accepted, or any particular outcome or amount — outcomes depend on your circumstances and on the decisions of the relevant authorities.
The engagement letter prevails
Where you engage RDvault, our work will be governed by a separate written engagement letter or services agreement. That document sets out the specific scope, deliverables, fees and terms of the engagement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter takes precedence for that engagement.
Estimates & the calculator
Any calculator, estimator or figures provided on the Site are for illustration only. They are based on the information you enter and on general assumptions, and are not a quote, a valuation, or a promise of any credit or refund. Actual eligibility and amounts can only be determined through a full assessment and are subject to the applicable law and the relevant authorities’ decisions.
Fees
Fees for our services are agreed with you in advance and set out in your engagement letter. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including VAT. Where no engagement letter is in place, no fees are payable simply for using the Site.
Your responsibilities
Our work depends on the information you give us. You agree that any information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading, and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records underlying any claim, and for retaining the documentation required by law. We are not liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us.
Professional standing
RDvault is a licensed consultancy in Dubai. Our work is led by a founder who is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant, and we apply chartered standards of rigour to our engagements. References to “chartered” expertise describe the qualification and experience of our leadership; they do not represent that RDVAULT CONSULTANCY L.L.C S.O.C is itself a member firm of the ICAEW or any other professional body.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the RDvault name and brand, and the design and functionality of our tools and platform — is owned by or licensed to RDvault and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit it commercially without our prior written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat the information you share with us as confidential and use it only to provide our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality obligations specific to an engagement are set out in the relevant engagement letter.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDvault is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Liability arising from a specific engagement is governed by, and limited in accordance with, the relevant engagement letter.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the Site, you acknowledge that policy.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts) in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version that applies. Please check back periodically.
